On the fifth and sixth day of chilling storage, the mean of total aerobic count reached 6.39 and 6.81 Log CFU/g respectively. The initial mean of total psychrophilic count was 3.76 Log CFU/g on initial day 0, increased by 3 Log after 4 days of chilling sto-rage period. On the sixth day of chilling storage, total psychrophilic count reached 6.68 Log CFU/g.
