Diploid sugar beet genotypes were exposed to three spindle-fiber inhibitor reagents; 8hydroxyquinoline, para-dichlorobenzene and Colchicine, at three diffirent concentrations beside control to induce sugar beet polyploidy plants which can be used later in breeding programs.
