Subject(s): Online resources: In: Zagazig Journal of Agricultural Research 2003.v.30(2)Summary: A pot experiment was conducted to study the response of wheat plant to the application of N- fertilization from different N- sources i.e., Urea (U); Ureaformaldehyde (UF) ; Palma residues (PA); Potatoe residues (PO) and Orange residues (OR) on dry matter yield ,maeronutrients (N, P & K) and mieronutrients (Fe, Mn & Zn) were investigated. The obtained results could be summarized as follows: l)Dry weight of straw and grains Was significantly increased this at the addition of nitropn sources. The highest value (8.76 g pot-1) was observed at the application treatment of Palma residues (75 kg N fed -1 as palma +25 kg N fed -1 as urea) at maturity stage. Highest grain yield ( 8.62 g pot -1 ) was observed under the application of the same treatment of straw.
