The main objective of this study was to detect land degradation using parametric, geo-statistical and modelbuilder approach. There are five major land degradation processes (water and wind erosion, physical degradation, salinization and sodification) these were calculated by the Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) for assessment land degradation in the studied area. In order to understand the variation of land degradation types, graphical interpretation of parametric factors on land degradation were performed using geostatistics.
