<br/><br/> The present study aimed to validate MTT ( 3 [4,5- dimethylthiazol -2-y 1]-2,5 diphenyltetrazoliumbromide test, which determines the spermatozoal mitochondrial activity, for evaluation of the fresh and frozen-thawed buffalo sperm viability with special reference to spermatozoal in vitro fertilizing capacity (IVF). Fresh ejaculates and frozen-thawed semen from six buffalo-bulls were included in this. study.
