The application of either organic or synthetic fertilizers were found to increase pest populations on potato. However, there were lower populations of whitefly with the biofertilizer treatment. While, predator populations were larger on potato plants with high whitefly populations in the synthetic fertilizer than in the organic fertilizers treated plots. On the other hand, biofertilizer application reduced Whitefly population and in the same time gave the highest tuber yield.
