Therefore, this current study aimed to investigate the influence of education levels on n-3 FA and to examine the relationship between n-3 FA intake and plasma n-3 FA concentrations and plasma lipids among Saudi mothers. One hundred healthy mothers aged 25-40 years volunteered to participate in the study. The result shows that mothers with high education level consumed more fish and n-3 FA than mothers with medium and low education levels.
