<br/><br/> Five Egyptian cotton varieties Giza 70,Giza 85, Giza 88, Giza89 and Giza 90 were crossed in complete diallele crosses meeting design and produced 20 F1s genotypes. The genetic variability and relationships among 11 cotton genotypes (five cotton varieties and six F1s) were achieved using SDS•PAGE and 10 RAPD primers.
