<br/><br/> Stem node explants of seedling peach (Prunus penica) tree from Meet-Ghamr and seedling apricot (Prunus armeniaca) tree from Al-Amar region were successfully established and proliferated in- vitro. During the establishment stage, the highest survival percentage of stem node explants and the longest shoots were obtained with MS or WPM medium contained BA at 0.5 mg 1-1 plus IBA at 0.01 mg 1-1  for both cultures.
