The research paper evaluates economic use of biofertilizer (Rhizobium radiobacter) and Mycorrhizal spores suspension combined with different rates of mineral N and P fertilizers under saline soil condition, cultivated with maize (Zea mays L), Triple hybrid 310. A field experiment was carried out in a private farm of El-Rowad village at Sahl- El-Hossinia, Sharkia Governorate, in two successive summer seasons, 2007 and 2008. Mycorrhizal spores suspension was applied at rate 20 L fed-1 before planting. Moreover, phosphorus was applied at rates of 200, 150 and 100 kg superphosphate fed.-1. Urea (46% N) was applied at rates 120, 90 and 60 kg N fed-1 combined with R. radiobacter at 10 L Fed.-1.
