This study was carried out at EI-Raheb Experiment Farm, Faculty of Agriculture, Minufiya University, Shibin EI-Kom, during the two successive seasons of 2006 and 2007 to study the effect of mineral-, bio and organic fertilization on marketable and total yields, chemical constituents of potato tubers as well as the effect of processing on nitrate content of potato products.
