<br/><br/> Two field experiments were carried out in 2002/2003 and 2003/2004 growing seasons at the Experimental Farm of the Faculty of Agriculture, A1-Azhar University, Assuit Governorate to study the effect of three nitrogen fertilizer levels (60, 90 and 120 kg N/fed) and three phosphorus fertilizer levels (15.5, 31.0 and 46.5 kg PzOslfed) on yield and quality of two mult-germ sugar beet varieties (Kawmera and Farida). Sub-sub-plot design in fonr replications was used in this study.
