N2  - This study was achieved during the period from 2003 to 2005 in the Genetics Laboratory Faculty of Agriculture in Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. Biochemical and molecular genetic variations of tow Syrian tilapia fish (O.a: Oreochromis aureus and T.z: Tilapia zillii) were estimated using three techniques: SDS-PAGE (applied on soluble proteins), native-PAGE (for isozymes) and RAPD analysis (applied on DNA extracts)
