The total aromatic contents, phenolic compounds and antioxidant activities of extracts from four aromatic plants (Cinnamomum zeylan blume, Eiettaria Cardamorum mOlan, Citrus Aurantium I and Galanga Galangal Alpinia ojficinarum) have been determined.The total aromatic contents, phenolic compounds and antioxidant activities of extracts from four aromatic plants (Cinnamomum zeylan blume, Eiettaria Cardamorum mOlan, Citrus Aurantium I and Galanga Galangal Alpinia ojficinarum) have been determined. Antibacterial activity was assayed against a variety of human pathogenic bacteria (Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtillus and Alternaria tenuis) and antifungal activity was assayed against Penicillum chtysogenum by Disc Diffusion Method.</subfield>
