Fifteen soil profiles were dug, during the 2001 year, at Toshka region and forty five soil samples were collected from layers 0-30, 30-60, and 60-90 cm. The inorganic P-fractions decreased with soil depth increases down the profile, and varied greatly along with the soil depth. The relative abundance of P-fractions in most soils is in the order: Ca-P> saliod-P Fe-P > AI-P. The Ca-P was the most dominant fraction in these soil.
