N2  - Investments one of most tools for implementation the agricultural development in Egypt , and it plays an important role and effective in achieving a high rate of growth in the agricultural sector , especially in light of the foreign trade liberalization policy and Egypt's joining to the WTO, and to strengthen the role of the private sector in the light of economic strategy , and can achieve efficient use of agricultural investments by putting investment programs , aimed at increasing the efficiency of agricultural economic resources available , by increasing agricultural investment projects directed to agricultural expansion horizontal and vertical, The problem of this study and its objective focus on the impact of Egypt's joining to the WTO on the investment at the national and agricultural level and the public and private investment in both side during ( 1985-2012 ). The research depended on statistical methods, such as, simple regression and multiple, and dummy variable, to know the effect of the impact of Egypt's joining to the WTO on the national investments and agricultural, was used (chow test)
