At this study we evaluate two types of application for impact sprinkler (24 mm diameter), first type: the riser highest was 0.75 m, a diameter 2-1 mm (withollt header), second type the riser highest was 0.25 m, a diameter 24 mm (header) + 0.5 m, a diameter 16 mm (with header). The sprinkler was evaluated under different operating pressure 1.75, 2.00, 2.50 and 3.00 barandformeasuringsprinklerflow rates anddeterminingprecipitation rate andflow rate. Thefollowing results werefolmd: 1-At using riser highest 0.75 m, a diameter 24 mm (without header) the flow rate were 1.20, 1.41, 1..:/9 and 1.62 m3/h, at lIsing riser highest 0.25 m, a diameter 24 mm (header) + 0.5 m, a diameter 16 mm (with header) the flow rate were 1.30, 1.44, 1.50 and 1.62 m3/h, under operating pressure 1.75,2.00,2.50 and 3.00 bar, respectively. 2- At using riser highest 0.75 m, a diameter 24 mm (without header) the precipitation rate were 14.80, 15.37, 16.49 and 17.65 mm/h, at lIsing riser highest 0.25 m,. a diameter 24 mm (header) + 0.5 m, a diameter 16 mm the precipitation rate were 15.85, 16.71, 17.23 and 19.77 mm/h (with header) under operating pressure 1.75, 2.00, 2.50 and 3.00 bar, respectively UR - http://nile.enal.sci.eg/EALE/2012/MJAE//012/20/355.pdf ER -
