The obtained results showed that the prevalence rate of the disease was higher in cattle than in buffaloes. The prevalence rate was 0.18 and 0.14% for cattle and buffaloes, respectively. The overall mean prevalence rate of the disease was 0.17%. Key words: Epidemiological studies of bovine tuberculosis.
