The effect of some factors on the behaviors of the consecutive micropropagation stages of Cleome droserifolia explants in vitro culture was studied. The statistical analysis of the data declared the followings: - For disinfection stage, using various rates of disinfectant substances revealed that the highest decontamination percentage (100%) of seeds could be obtained after treating with either sodium hypochlorite (15 %) or mercuric chloride (0.2 %) For seed. germination stage, applying different concentrations of GA3, BAP and Z exhibited the maximum seeds germinability when the treatment with Z at 15 mg/l is used. For establishment stage, subjecting the explants to various levels of Z, BAP, Kand GA3 resulted in the highest survival potentiality and callusing cat-city in case of using treatments with Z at 10 mg/l and K at 20 gil, respectively. While, bud sprouting rates were not significantly influenced by all treatment tested. For muhiplication stage, the presentation of activated charcoal, submitted the explants to K, BAP and IBA in different concentration and their interaction displayed a significant fluctuation in each of the morphogenetic parameters such as number of the proliferated shootlets per explant, length of the developed shootlets, number of the initiated leaves per shootlet and rooting response and the endogenous level of biochemical constituents of the obtained shootlets tissues such as pigments, total indoles, phenols and carbohydrates.
