| Summary, etc. | Field experiments were conducted in order to estimate the magnitude of variability and to study effect of one cycle of mass selection on some important characters of "Beheri" cultivar of onion, as well as calculate the phenotypic correlation coefficients among all possible pairs of the studied characters. In this respect, this work was carried out at the Experimental Station Farm (at Abies), Faculty of Agriculture, Alex. Univ., during the consecutive years from 2003 till 2006. |
