| Summary, etc. | A study was made to identify the patterns of finger prints of freshwater fish (Oreochromis niloticus; Oreochromis aureus; Sarotherodon galellius; Tilapia zillii; Clarias gariepinus and Cyprinus carpio) were analyzed using muscles and eyes protein electrophoresis. Fish were collected from the fishponds of Central Laboratory for Aquaculture Research (CLAR). Protein fractionation was adapted by Sodium Dodecyl Sulphate-Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) was used. |
