| Summary, etc. | The antimicrobial activity of iodophor (1) was investigated before and after adding of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) (30 mg/mL) in quantitative suspension test and surface disinfectant test against Candida albicans, Escherichia coli ,Salmonella typhimurium and Staphylococcus aureus. The results showed that iodophor with EDTA was significantly more effective than iodophor, EDTA and control. |
