Summary, etc. Four Field experiments were conducted at the Experimental Farm of the Faculty a Agricultural, Saba - Basha, Alexandria University during 2008, 2009 and 2010 grOWing seasons. Tht main objective of this investigation We tray to maximize the productivity of some rice Gultivan through applying adequate organic fertilizer to reduce the environmental pollution in addition te Improving soil chemical and physical properties which led to improving grain yield and grain quality 0 rice under soils condition of Egypt Rice after Wheat are the most important cereal in Egypt .and organic cultivation on the productivity and grain quality of some rice cUltivars.(Sakha 101, Sakha 104 and Giza 178), wheat crop (Sakha 93, Sakha 94 and Giza 168) in the winter season both rice ani wheat were grown directly without tillage. In addition, the same experiment plot has been utilized a all seasons of study for as their vegetative growth, yield and yield components and grain quality Split plot design with three replications was used whereas wheat and rice cultivars were assigned in the main plot, while, fertilization treatment were allocated in the sup plots. The planting date was 18 and 21 November 2008 and 2009 seasons, respectively for Wheat. The planting date was 13 and9 May in 2009 and 2010 seasons, respectively for rice .The obtained data, showed that rice crop was grown under organic fertilizer ,very well and significantly rice grain compeered with the control .This is some results of the stady; 1- Sakha 101 gave significantly tallest plants followed by Sakha 104 in both seasons. while the shortest numerical plants were recorded for Giza 178. The recorded 2- Both Sakha 101 and Sakha 104 resulled the heaviesl grains followed by Giza 178 In the two seasons. 3- Data in table (4) showed that grain yield (tlfad) was significantly differed between cultivars ir both seasons of study. 4- Rice cultivars showed a significant differences regarding hUlling % in both seasons, Sakh, 101 resulted the higest values of hulling % alsoData cleared in table (6) showed tha significant differences were existed among rice cultivar for this trait in both seasons, Sakhc 101 cullivar produce the highest value of milling percentage (72.44 and 72,82 %) respectively in both seasons, while Giza 178 cultivar recorded the lowest values of milling percentage (70.60 and 70.14%), in same seasons, respectively, as compared with the othe cultivar. Data showed that rice cultivars significantly differed in broken percentage in both seasons.
