The amounts of BS used in experiment were 50, 100, 150 and 200µl in 5 ml MS medium in each combination. Seeds and internodal explants of B. oleracea L. were inoculated on different media combinations and incubated in growth chamber at 25±1oC and exposed to 16-h photoperiod.
