In: Veterinary Medical Journal 2008.v.56(3)Summary: The infection of camels with trypanosomosis in Tripoli-Libya was conducted for the first time by this work. Antibodies against T.evansi was detected in 13 (6.2%) of 210 camels serum samples using CATT at dilution 1 : 4 and 10 (4.8%) of 210 camels serum samples by ELISA at dilution 1 : 25. T.evansi was not detected in 210 camels Giemsa stained blood films examination.
