Field trials were conducted during 2006 / 2007 in the Farm of Research Station at Malawy, EI Minia Governorate to study the effect of bio-fertilizer phosphorein and calcium super phosphate on vegetative growth and active ingredients of damsissa plant. Calcium super phosphate was added with three levels (0, 100 and 200 kg/fed) and phosphorein was added during preparing the experiment field. The data shows that treading plants with phosphorein and calcium super phosphate significantly increased the vegetative growth compared with control. As for fresh and dry herb, the data showed that using phosphorein and 100 kg calcium super phosphate significantly increased these parameters and active substances (ambrossin and damssin).
