In: Veterinary Medical Journal 2007.v.55(2)Summary: An inactivated Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) vaccine was prepared using R- Strain of MG, The vaccine was tested for safety, sterility and purity, Ten thousands. 10- day - old broilers were randomly divided into two equal groups (A and B), Group A was given 0,5 ml of a saponin inactivated aluminum hydroxide gel adjuvant MG vaccine subcutaneously, while group B was kept as control unvaccinated. vaccinated birds (group A) exhibited good levels of MG antibodies. in addition to an increase in body weight , feed conversion rate and low mortality. compared with birds in group B (unvaccinated),
