The fruits were taken from trees budded on three rootstocks. i.e. 'Balady' peach; apricot and 'Nemaga'd' peach rootstocks. The fruits were packed in polyethylene bags and stored at 0° and 5°C with 85-90% RH.To simulale retial marketing, the fruits were held at 20-30°C with 80-90% RH at the middle and the end of storage period (4 weeks).
