In: Abbassa Internation Journal for Aquaculture 2009Summary: The effect of stocking density on glucose level of cyprinus carpio in captivity was investigated .The group reared in the density of 5,10,15 and 20 indiviuals/ aquarium.The aim of the experiment was to study the effect of stocking density on glucose level of cyprinus carpio. Glucose level increased with increase in crowding Results also indicated that although carp responded with mild stress but higher stocking density influences fish physiology.
