Group I kept as control while group II & III used as treated groups. In control group, donkeys were treated with a sterile solution of sodium chloride 0.9 % intraperitoneally. In treatment groups, donkeys were treated with asterile solution of sodium carboxymethylcellulose (SCMC) in a dose of 7 mil kg of body weight intraperitoneally in concentration of 1% for group II& 2% for group III. After the end of the experimental period. histopathological examination was done to all groups.
