In: Mansoura Unviersity Journal of Agricultural Sciences 2006.v.31(8)Summary: A field experiment was conducted in South Tahrir, Behira Governorate, Egypt, to investigate the effect of different types of organic fertilization on ten quantitative characters among 15 basil genotypes belonging to three species of basil. Treatment types of organic fertilization were (0), (T1), (T2) and (T3). The genetic variation was observed to be high among genotypes and fertilizers for all studied characters in both generations.
