These samples represented by 210 and 50 each of raw milk as well as milk whey samples obtained from cows and buffaloes, respectively. The incidence of brucella antibodies in milk samples were estimated by MRT and by wRBPT, wBAPAT, wRiv.T and wTAT in their corresponding whey samples.
