The results of isolation trials revealed that 5 ORT positive cases out of 100 diseased and freshly dead birds. Pathogencity of some ORT isolated strains were carried out in Hubbard chicken at 15 days of age (1xl0 CFU/ ml) aerosol challenge, clinical signs. post mortem and re-isolation were recorded The mean of body weight in infected groups were significantly lower than control groups (P < 0.05).
