Three hundred and ninety Chinchilla rabbits were used in the present study to determine the effects of water administering useful microbes (Avilution ®)as good bacteria and yeast on their productive and reproductive capabilities. The present study included two experiments, the first one lasted 40 days and was carried out during growing period (from weaning at 30 days to marketing age at 70 days) using 218 experiment rabbits. The second lasted 4 months and was carried out on 144 multiparous does and 28 sexual mature bucks of Chinchilla rabbits aged forty weeks. The animals were divided into two comparable experimental groups (109 growing rabbits; 14 bucks and 72 does in two sequence parities in each group). The first group was kept untreated as a control and the second was treated with 1g Avi-lution® (El-Salheiah Green) as useful microbes/ 30 litter drinking water daily, during the experimental period. The results revealed that, daily body weight gain; feed efficiency and final body weight of growing Chinchilla rabbits were significantly (P≤0.05) higher due to treatment with Avi-lution compared to control ones. The treatment also increased significantly (P≤0.05) dressing percentage, carcass weight, internal organs weight, blood picture and some blood serum constitute of growing Chinchilla rabbits. Adding Avi-lution to Chinchilla rabbit bucks in drinking water significantly (P≤0.05) improved their reproductive capability. Rabbit does treated with Avi-lution recorded better kindling rate, litter size and weight at birth; milk yield and pre-and post-weaning mortality rate (P≤0.05) than those untreated does. The economical efficiency values of growing or mature rabbits which treated with 1g Avi-lution / 30 litter drinking water were the best values It can be concluded that supplementation of Avi-lution to rabbit drinking water showed a great role in enhancing the immune system, growth performance, blood metabolites and reproductive performance due to presence of useful microbes. From the performance index values , 1g Avi-lution /30 liter drinking water is recommended for both growing and mature (bucks + does) rabbits.
