Black scurf and dry rot of potato caused by Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium sambucinum. respectively are a major yield-limiting factor for potato tuber production. Pathogenicity tests of the two isolated potato pathogens. using some potato cultivars indicated that potato cv. Hermis was the most susceptible.
