In: Egyptian Journal of Phytopathology 2008.v.36(1-2)Summary: Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD-PCR). Was used to identify some Fusarium isolates. Seven FusarilJm isolates which were identified by their morphological and pathological characteristics as F. semitectllm. F. culmorum, F. moniliforme, F. solani. F. graminearum, F. oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici and F. axysporum esp. vasin!ectum were used in this study. RAPD analysis was carried out using eight random primers each of them consisted of 10 base pairs.
