In: Mansoura University Journal of Plant Protection 2011.v.2(1)Summary: This rese.rch was carried out in 2006 & 2007, using three peach cultivars, I.e., Flord.prince, Desert Red and Meet Gh.mr to determine fruit maturity. Fruit weight, skin and flesh colour (a) values were gradually increased during maturation. In Meet Gh.mr skin (b) values were Increased till the age of 121 days, then decreased at the age of 128 days and displayed the lowest (alb) values.
