In: Egyptian Journal of Agricultural Research 2007.v.85(6)Summary: Brevinychus aegyptiacus Kandeel, Metwally and Mohamed was collected from wheat plant, Triticum aestivum L. Sharkeia Governorate, Egypt. Life span was. studied on wheat leaves. Incubation period lasted 5.21 & 5.19 for female and male, respectively. Larval, protonymphal and deutonyphal durations averaged 3.23 & 2.84; 1.97 & 2.20; and 2.58 & 2.27 days for female and male, respectively. Female and male longevity and total life span durated 17.21 & 9.92 and 30.41 & 22.42,days respectively. Female deposited an average of 36.65 egg with a daily rate 2.7 eggs.
