Laboratory and greenhouse tests were conducted detennine the virulence of some entomopathogenic nematodes against 4th instar larvae of the cotton leafworm Spodoptera littoralis at. Laboratory experiments were perfonned at two constant temperatures of 15 and 25°C with three concentrations of 100, 50 and 25 Us/dish. Greenhouse experiments were perfomed at the same constant temperatures with three concentrations of 3200, 1600 and 800 IJs/pot. Seven strains of nematodes were tested.
