The study included morphological tree and leaf characters, the mode and duration of flowering, fruit setting, yield and fruit physical and chemical properties. Evaluation of the studied loquat trees was carried out according to the present two bases; 1. Fruit quality (the fruit weight, pulp percentage and the reduction of seeds per fruit). It could be concluded that fruits of trees No. 16 [Beheira-161 followed by tree No. 5 [Beheira-51 then tree No. 4 [Beheira- 41 are the best ones for fresh consumption. 2. Tree productivity (Le. yield kg I tree), the chosen trees could be arranged in a descending order according to their actual superiority in this respect as follows: tree No.5 [Beheira-51 tree No.4 [Beheira- 41 and tree No. 16 [Beheira-16].
