The mean mould counts of were 2.6 x10³ ± 7.2 x10² , 1.6x10² ± 0.46 x10v and 1.7 x10² ± 0.54 x10²/gm of the examined sample, respectively. The mean of ochratoxin residues in examined samples were 4.23 ± 0.81,3.06 ± 0.68 and 3.77 ± 0.35 ppb. As. niger. As. flavus, As. fumigatus, As. terrus, As. ochraechous, penicillium, alternaria, cladosporium, mucor, absidia were the predominant isolates with varying percentages.
