In: Zagazig Veterinary Journal 2010.v.38(2)Summary: This study evaluated two different vaccines prepared from two isolates of Borrelia anserina from chicken and ducks.Three groups from each chicken and ducks were included. Groups I and 2 of chicken vaccinated with chicken vaccine and duck vaccine respectively. Groups I and 2 of duck vaccinated with duck and chicken vaccine respectively. Group 3 of each species was kept as control without vaccination. ELISA and Slide Agglutination Precipitation Test (SAPT) were used for determination of antibody titre in each group.
