In: Alexandria Journal of Veterinary Science 2007.v.25(1)Summary: Eighty random samples of unflavoured; chocolate, banana and strawberry favoured UHT milk (20 of each) were collected from varioul markets In Kalyobla governorate for detection of anaerobic sporeformers contaminating such dairy products. Accurately, Clostridial species were isolated from the examined samples of both flavoured and Unflavoured UHT milk and identifted as C.bifermentans C.butyricum, C.innocuum, C.perfringens, C.putrefaciens, C.sphenoides, C.sporogenes, C.sordellii and C.tetrium.
