Samples of sugar beet roots were taken from the research fields of Delta sugar company, Kafr EL- sheikh Governorate, Egypt during 2010 harvest season. The results revealed that the roots treated with Na2S205 recorded the high- est values of roots quality, and sucrose recovery.
