The present work was concerned with estimation of the prevalence of Hymenolepis nana in patients attending Abnoub Central Hospital. It was also concerned with experimental infection of mice with human Hymenolepis nana eggs. Praziquantel was applied to treat the infected mice, it was administered in a single oral dose of 100-mg/kg-body weight.
