The rotating agitator with blades, proposed as a new mixer type was investigated. It have 6 main fork share blades inclined by a resting angle varying from 10° to 35°. which is mounted upon a horizontal mixing shaft length of 380 mm and diameter of 44 mm with different rotation number. The theoretical scope for the independent variables affecting the specification of mixer quality were identified. The inclex-Z is defined as a theoretical function to describe the particle performance. The general theoretical equations describing the mixing speed of particles in vessel are conformed in two levels during the motion of mixed material. Mixture conditions, mixed speed, and agitated mass in vessel are carried out to evaluate the performances of rotating mixer.
