Toxicity of some plant extracts were tested against Tetranychus urticae (Koch) and Eutetranychus orientalis (Klein) as two major tetranychld agricultural pests. Ten plants namely; buddleia, cassia, acasia, pittosporum, hibiscus, bignonia, phoger, thevetia, peppermint and lantana were experimented for toxicity. The buddleia MeOH extract was the most potent to T. urticae followed by cassia, pittosporum, lantana and peppermint.Where the LC values were 131.82, 154.88, 208.92, 233.87 and 245.47 ppm respectively. Extracts of the other five plants were ineffective. The LC of buddleia extract against E. orienta/is was 165.95 ppm.
