Eighteen and twelve Raza Aragoneza lambs were used tor experiment 1 and 2. respectively, Lambs were individually employed directly after finishing the fattening period (24 kg live weight).continuing on same diet, with free access of whole barley grain and protein supplement. Each experiment lasted 3-week period when offered feeds and orts were recorded daily.
