In: Veterinary Medical Journal 2001.v.49(3Summary: Superovulation and nonsurgical embryo collection were tried on 5 heifers and I 6 buffalo cows. These animals were at mid luteal phase before treatment. Purified porcine FSH (Super-Ov ) was administered intramuscular, morning and evening for 3 consecutive days. PGF2a (Lutalyse) 25mg was injected with the fifth Super-Ov injection.
