Fish were mentioned for adaptation in running water for 21 days. Duration of the experimental period was extended for 30 days. Fish were weighted at the beginning and at the end of the experiment. Blood samples were collected for determination of the immune and biochemical parameters. the results indicated a positive effect represented by significant increase in RBCs count, PCV%, Hb Conc., WBCs and differential leukocytic count. The current study clearly demonstrated that compound probiotics can be used to modulate the immune response of Nile tilapia and to enhance the growth performance of Nile tilapia fish
